These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of zoketoapps.com and of Zoketo: Popups & OTP Login (the "App"), provided by Zoketo LLC ("Zoketo", "we", "us"). By using our website or installing the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
1. About us
Zoketo LLC is based in Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at [email protected].
2. Our services
The App lets Shopify merchants show coupon and discount popups that verify a shopper's phone number with a one-time code sent by SMS or WhatsApp, and offer phone-based login to their store. Features depend on the plan you choose. We may improve, change or retire features over time.
3. Who can use the App
The App is for businesses. You must be at least 18, have authority to act for your business, and have a Shopify store in good standing. You install the App and manage your plan through your Shopify account.
4. Plans, fees and billing
- Plans. Each plan has a fixed monthly fee, shown on our Pricing page and in the Shopify App Store.
- Message fees. SMS one-time codes are charged per message at the rate for the shopper's country.
- WhatsApp. The WhatsApp add-on has its own monthly fee. If you connect your own WhatsApp Business number, Meta bills you directly for each message under its own terms.
- Billing. All Zoketo charges are billed through your Shopify invoice, in US dollars. Taxes may apply.
- Changes and cancellation. You can change plans or uninstall the App at any time. Refunds follow Shopify's billing rules. We will tell you in advance before we change our prices.
5. Your responsibilities
When you use the App, you agree to:
- use it lawfully and only for your own Shopify store;
- give shoppers a clear privacy notice and get any consent the law requires, including consent to receive marketing messages;
- honour the offers and discounts your popups promise;
- follow the rules of Shopify, Meta (including the WhatsApp Business policies) and mobile carriers;
- keep your Shopify and App settings accurate and your account secure.
You are responsible for the content of your popups and for how you use the customer data the App creates in your store.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use our website or the App to:
- send spam, or messages to people who have not agreed to receive them;
- collect phone numbers or codes for any purpose other than verification in your store;
- break any law or anyone's rights, or deceive shoppers;
- interfere with, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer the App, except where the law allows it.
We may suspend or limit an account that breaks these rules.
7. Third-party services
The App works with Shopify, Meta, SMS providers and other services that we do not control. Their terms apply to your use of them. Messages depend on carriers and networks, so we cannot guarantee that every code is delivered or delivered on time.
8. Data protection
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. For shopper data processed through the App, you are the controller and we process it on your behalf, only to provide the App and as you instruct.
9. Intellectual property
We own the website, the App and their content, including our name, logo, software and designs. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App while you have an active plan. You keep ownership of your store's content and data. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.

The content on zoketoapps.com is for general information about our services. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
11. Disclaimers
We work to keep the website and the App available and working well, but they are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no other promises, including about fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted service.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Zoketo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to protect Zoketo from claims, losses and costs arising from your use of the App in breach of these Terms or the law, including messages sent or data collected through your store.
14. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if the law requires it, or if Shopify ends our access. After the App is uninstalled, we delete your store's data as described in our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date and tell merchants about important changes before they take effect. If you keep using our services after that, you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Sharjah have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.
