You pay three things, and only the first is fixed: a monthly plan, SMS OTPs at your country's rate, and WhatsApp OTPs billed by Meta to your own account. Your bill never grows with your traffic or your sales.

1. Platform fee
A fixed monthly plan billed through your Shopify invoice. No setup fee and no contract.
2. SMS fees and own sender ID
Each SMS OTP is charged at a per-country rate. You can send under Zoketo's shared sender or register your own brand sender ID; registration time and cost vary by country.
3. WhatsApp add-on — how it works
- Turn on the WhatsApp add-on from your Zoketo billing page.
- Start right away on Zoketo's shared WhatsApp sender, or connect your own WhatsApp Business number through Meta.
- With your own number, Meta bills you directly for each message. Zoketo charges only a fixed monthly add-on fee based on your Shopify plan: $25 for Basic and Grow, $75 for Advanced, $150 for Plus.
- SMS stays on as the backup. If a WhatsApp code can't be delivered, the shopper still gets it by SMS.
